How quickly your Trocador leaves our warehouse, and how it gets to you.
Every in-stock order is packed and shipped within 24 hours on business days. Orders placed after 2:00 PM Chile Time (CLT) ship the following business day. You'll get a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. Tracking can take up to 24 hours to activate — if the link looks stalled the day it ships, that's expected, not a sign anything went wrong.
Orders shipped outside Chile may be subject to customs fees or import duties charged by your local authority. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in your order total.
If your tracking hasn't updated in 10 days or your parcel is marked delivered but never arrived, message us — we'll open a claim with the carrier and send a free replacement while it's investigated.
